Meet Your Trainers

Harrison, MSN, RN:
A nurse clinician, educator, and U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman veteran combining a Master’s in Nursing Education with over a decade of elite clinical and administrative leadership. A proven Clinical Manager (SRN II) and Adjunct Associate Nursing Professor, his expertise spans critical care (ICU/ED), long-term skilled nursing, and high-stakes correctional healthcare operations. He is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) and instructor in emergency medical response and evidence-based staff training (T4T).

Karisma, MSN, RN, CV-RN:
Master's prepared, board-certified cardiovascular nurse with an elite background as a highly experienced Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse IIIB) with 28 years of dedicated service at St. Joseph's Medical Center (SJMC). A proven clinical leader, she serves as an experienced Charge Nurse, Nurse Preceptor, and Mentor, guiding the next generation of nursing staff. Karisma also demonstrates strong governance as the Chairperson for the Unit-Based Council (UBC) in the Procedural Care Unit (PCU). 

Mary Ann, BSN, RN:
Bachelor's-prepared nurse educator and dedicated Nursing Leader and Educator with over 26 years of clinical, administrative, and regulatory expertise. Her distinguished career includes high-level leadership within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). An expert in CNA education, Director of Staff Development (DSD) standards, and Title 22 compliance, Leonor is an accomplished mentor specializing in staff training, quality assurance, and clinical excellence across acute care, correctional nursing, and state-level healthcare facility auditing.

Leonor, BSN, RN:
Dedicated Nursing Leader & Educator with over 35 years of distinguished clinical, administrative, and regulatory expertise. Proven track record of high-level leadership within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
