Hello HCTIans! 

It's me Jacob, the one editing the website on occassion.

On this page, you'll see all helpful tutorial on how to create an account, and how to enroll into a course.

Create an account

  • 📄 You have to sign in first and foremost.
  • Once you put in your phone number and basic information, then you'll be registered onto the website.

Qualification Forms

  • Once logged in answer our questions and send your information: Government ID (Driver's license or Pass Port) High School Diploma, Social Security Card.
  • Once you uploaded, then you are registered completely onto the website.

Obtaining Documents for CNA Course

  • Once fully registered, then we email you the initial required documents. The email will contain instructions on how to complete each form.

1. Comprehensive Physical Exam: CNA Physical Exam Form
2. Live Scan Fingerprint Background Check: BCIA-8016 Live Scan
3. CNA Initial Application: CDPH 283 B Form

Initial Deposit

  • Once you obtain your documents, come to our school, 2291 March Lane Ste 106.
  • Bring your documents, and from there you will put in your deposit.
  • We will be taking a picture of you for your free ID, so come well dressed (if you want.)
  • It'll be a $500 deposit if you're paying with installments, or $1650 if in full.

Enrollment

  • After your initial payment and document drop off, we will enroll you into our course.
  • We will manually enroll you into our course on LearnWorlds.
  • From there, you are expected in the Cohort you chose and will continue paying installments as agreed upon.
